Moderator at the Baker McKenzie LHBTI event

An absolute privilege to be the moderator of the LGBT Inclusion and Business Development event which was hosted by Baker McKenzie Amsterdam. More than 95 clients and prospects discussed on February 11^th, 2020 the relationship between Diversity & Inclusion and Business Development. The focus was on LGBT inclusion. Managing Partner Corinne Schot told me: “This event may be our first client-facing LGBT-event ever and I am proud that we, that Baker McKenzie, have organized it. On the other hand, I think we are late. It is time to boldly move forward!” 🏳️‍🌈 It was a lively evening full of discussion with both the panelists as well as a very engaged audience.
